Cable Description
- Conductor: Solid annealed copper wire, plain or tinned according to IEC 60228 cl. 1
- Insulation: PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) rated 70°C
- Assembly: Two cores are twisted to form a pair; pairs are assembled together directly in concentric layers. For cables from more than 10 pairs and less than 30 pairs, pairs are grouped into units of 5 pairs. Each of the above mentioned units is identified with identification tapes. For cables from 30 pairs and above, units of 10 pairs are identified with identification tapes.
- Color code: According to IEC 60189
- Cable Shield: Polyester tape + Aluminum foil + Tinned copper drain wire
- Outer Sheath: Flame Retardant Polyvinyl Chloride 70°C, grey color, or upon request
- Temperature rating: -15°C up to +70°C during operation, No. of PAIRS x SIZE MYR/YR
- Packing: Wooden drums, or coil for up to 10 pairs. Other packing types could be arranged upon request
